Our Team

Yann - Founder and CEO
Brings over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, software engineering leader, and business operator with a track record of building and scaling both technology teams and online retail ventures. He has held senior engineering roles at Ubisoft, Square Enix, and Torn Banner Studios, where he built and managed online services for global game titles. Alongside his tech career, he co-founded and grew a multi-brand e-commerce business, expanding into international markets and driving profitability through automation and strategic execution. He has also served as an executive coach, advising professionals and business leaders on performance and growth. Today, as Founder and CEO of Level 7 Investments, he focuses on acquiring and scaling online retail brands in the U.S., combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to deliver long-term impact.

Martha A. Parker, CPA
Brings over 30 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations across retail, consumer products, media, food & beverage, and healthcare. A CPA and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), she has held senior finance roles at Sports Authority, The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, and Liberty Global. Martha specializes in M&A, ERP and AI implementations, forensic accounting, FP&A, and business transformations. She has managed billion-dollar budgets, executed buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, and delivered significant savings through operational restructuring. She holds an MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and has served on the Board of Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta Affiliate.

Andrew Shapiro
Brings nearly 20 years of legal and business advisory experience spanning M&A, venture capital, corporate finance, and strategic growth. He served as Head Counsel-Global M&A for Moody’s Corporation, where he led legal support for acquisitions, investments, and divestitures worldwide. At Moody’s, he also acted as Division General Counsel for its in-house incubator, commercial real estate, and financial services training units. Previously, Andrew was General Counsel and Secretary of MMKT Exchange LLC, a venture-backed fintech company, and spent nearly a decade in private practice in New York and London. He earned a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Brendan Feinberg
Brings over 15 years of experience as an investor, operator, and business advisor with a focus on M&A and high-growth execution. He has been involved in more than 50 transactions as a buyer, seller, and advisor, and has guided multiple startups through eight- and nine-figure exits. Brendan was the first employee at unybrands, a leading e-commerce roll-up, where he helped raise over $300M in equity and debt and scaled the company to 250 employees worldwide. He led M&A, post-acquisition integration, investor relations, and technology strategy, driving growth across digital brands. He holds a degree in finance and economics from Boston College and is based in Miami with his family.

Mike Lorelli
Brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience driving growth and operational transformation across public, private, and start-up companies. Twice a PepsiCo president, he also served as CEO of Pizza Hut International, where he expanded the brand’s global footprint from 68 to 92 countries. Mike has led multiple private equity portfolio companies, overseeing consumer, franchising, and restaurant sectors, and served as Interim CEO of Accent Foods, increasing EBITDA run-rate by 54% in six months. He is “Masters Level” certified by the NACD and ACCD and has served on several public and private boards. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Industrial Engineering from NYU and is also a golfer, private pilot, and published author.
