Terms of Use — Level 7 Investments

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Level 7 Investments (“Level 7,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, any subdomains, and any related online services or features (collectively, the “Site”).
1.2 By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms or any revised versions thereof, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

6. User Content and Submissions
6.1 By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have necessary rights to provide such content;
- It does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
- It is free of viruses and malicious code.
6.2 You grant Level 7 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content for legitimate operational purposes.
6.3 We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, remove, or refuse to post any User Content at our sole discretion.
7. Termination & Suspension of Access
7.1 Level 7 may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law;
- We detect unauthorized, harmful, or suspicious activity;
- Continuation of access would pose a security or reputational risk.
7.2 Termination does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 “As Is” Basis. The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

- Disclaims all liability for damages or losses arising from using such external sites.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
